Mercury, 11909 Preston Road (northwest quadrant of Preston and Forest), Dallas,
on Saturday, August 27, 2016 from 2pm to 5pm.
the 11th consecutive year, The Mercury’s famed Executive Chef Chris Ward, is
opening his kitchen for a cooking demonstration and sampling of the dishes
listed below. Assisting Chef Ward this
year will be long time GALT supporter and actor Burton Gilliam!!!
Graham Cracker Cheese Pie
For the ticket price of $85 the following is included: a full
course tasting of gourmet dishes, two drink tickets, with additional drinks
available for purchase at the cash bar; door prizes and a special silent auction,
featuring jewelry, art, spa/restaurant certificates, doggie gifts and more! For
those who want ring-side seats at the cooking bar and counter, we are offering
only eight VIP tickets, for special price of $115.00 each. In addition to the
above benefits and premium seating for GALT members, the VIP and regular tickets
also include a special gift from GALT. Seating will be limited to only 50,
so get your tickets now! Drink favorites will
be Greyhounds and Salty Dogs, as well as wine and beer.
Mercury is Chef Ward’s award-winning restaurant in North Dallas featuring
scrumptious new American cuisine with strong French and Mediterranean
is a constant challenge for GALT to meet the increasing medical and boarding
expenses for our greys. Chef Ward is a true Friend of GALT who always donates
