the Hounds” at The Mercury! This popular event will be held at The
Mercury, 11909 Preston Road #1418 (northwest quadrant of Preston and Forest),
Dallas, on Saturday, August 16th – from 2:00 – 5:00 pm.
the ninth consecutive year, The Mercury’s famed Executive Chef, Chris Ward, is
opening his kitchen for a cooking demonstration and sampling of some of his
favorite dishes. The ever-changing menu at Chef Ward’s award-winning
restaurant in North Dallas features scrumptious new American cuisine with
strong French and Mediterranean influences.

Fried Risotto with crisped sweetbreads and truffle sauce
Warm ricotta and Texas tomato salad
Braised short rib with celery root purée
Chocolate icebox pie
Madeleines and Palmiers
